Neeraj Pandey brings his unique brand of storytelling (the Special Ops franchise, A Wednesday!, Special 26, Baby, Naam Shabana, Aiyaary) to this quintessential battle between good and evil, taking audiences on a journey of how one cannot exist without the other. Produced by Friday Filmworks and directed by Bhav Dhulia, Khakee: The Bihar Chapter captures the rise and journey of the two men on opposite sides of the law.

Karan Tacker, Avinash Tiwary, Ashutosh Rana, Jatin Sarna, Nikita Dutta, Ravi Kishan, Abhimanyu Singh, Anup Soni, Aishwarya Sushmita, Shraddha Das and Vinay Pathak are in the cast.
