Atlanta, USA – February 26, 2025 – Acclaimed filmmaker Sanjay Arora, based in Atlanta, has been honored with the Best Director Award at the prestigious South Asian International Film Festival of Florida 2025 for his critically acclaimed film 2 Khet (Two Farms). The festival, held from February 21 to 23, 2025, celebrated outstanding contributions to South Asian cinema, and Arora’s film stood out for its poignant storytelling and artistic depth, earning high praise from both audiences and critics.

Adding to his festival success, Arora’s latest project, You Are Early, a collaboration with a Singaporean production house, was also screened at the event. Currently, Arora is working on his upcoming feature film, Vapsi, which is in pre-production. The film delves into the emotional struggles of aging parents left behind in India while their only son resides abroad.
