Obituary: India Sari Palace CEO Ramesh Navani

Chief Executive Officer of India Sari Palace (ISP) in Jackson Heights, New York, Ramesh Navani passed away on June 3, 2021.

He came to New York in 1971 and with backing from India Emporium Ltd Hong Kong, started ISP in June of 1971. With his guidance ISP has today completed 50 years in the United States.

Navani who closely associated with Jackson Heights Merchants Association liked writing poems on various subjects.

He is survived by his two sons, Bharat and Neil who live in Manhattan, NY with their families.
