New Jersey women physicians meet to promote diversity, equity, and inclusiveness

Dr Chitra Kumar and Dr Sudha Nahar with their team had organized this year’s event, the 13th Annual JWPA Gala, held at Kumar’s Nest on June 15, 2024.

Approximately 130 women physicians gathered in a celebration of culture and excellence.

The purpose and vision is to promote DEI diversity, equality and inclusion, facilitate projects that are meaningful and impactful for women physicians like work life balance, leadership roles and improving networking for better patient care.
