Meet and Greet with World Vegan Vision in India: Uniting for a Healthier Future

World Vegan Vision (WVV), whose founders are from New Jersey, held a meet-and-greet event Feb. 11, 2024, in Gurugram near New Delhi, India.

The event was held at the Dana Choga venue, where founders  H. K. Shah and Malti Shah invited Delhi-based vegan activists and guests to join them for an evening with a special emphasis on the history of World Vegan Vision (worldveganvision.org) and its global activities.

Dr. N.K. Sharma, a prominent figure in the Delhi vegan and reiki community, expressed his support and extended wishes for the New Delhi Chapter and its ongoing initiatives.

Dinesh Ahluwalia, the owner of Dana Choga, graciously offered the venue, indicating his strong support for the cause by making all Dana Choga branches available for future meetings, a press release from WVV said.

The event was coordinated by passionate vegans from Delhi, Madhu Roy and Lokesh Jain together with Sonal, who offered a heartfelt vote of thanks to all the guests, supporters, and well-wishers.

The global Public Relations Director of WVV, Nitin Vyas, handled the external coordination of the entire event.

The evening featured an array of vegan cuisine and mocktails, curated under the supervision of the talented Manager, Manoj Ji, from Dana Choga.

The core team, including Roy, Jain, members of the Ubuntu community, Sonal, Pinki Sharma, Tapsi Upadhyay, Sandeep, Manjira, Seema Bali, and Abhey Mehta, all of whom displayed their commitment and willingness to drive the mission of World Vegan Vision in the Delhi Chapter.
