West Windsor, NJ – March 13, 2025 – Indo-American Festivals, Inc. (IAF) has announced the first-ever Grand Hanuman Jayanti Festival, set to take place on April 12, 2025, at Mercer County Park in West Windsor, New Jersey. Known for organizing the annual Grand Dushahra Festival for the past 26 years, IAF is expanding its cultural celebrations by introducing an event dedicated to honoring Lord Hanuman, a revered figure in Hindu mythology.

The festival will feature a 16-foot statue of Hanuman Ji, a mass recital of Sundar Kand and Hanuman Chalisa by 251 Chooki, and a Maha Hanuman Aarti, bringing together thousands of devotees for an immersive spiritual experience. Live Hanuman Leela performances, music, dance, and cultural showcases will be part of the day’s festivities. A Meena Bazaar with craft stalls and a variety of Indian and ethnic delicacies from numerous food vendors will add to the vibrancy of the event.

IAF, founded in 1999 by the late Mr. Mangal Gupta, has been a prominent organization in promoting Indian culture in the United States. Its flagship event, the Grand Dushahra Festival, attracts over 12,000 attendees annually. The 27th edition of the festival is scheduled for October 4, 2025, at Lake Papaianni Park in Edison, New Jersey.
