Indian American Nisha Vasan Joins WeWork as Employee Relations Director

WeWork, a space-as-a-service platform, announced that Nisha Vasan has been hired as its new Director of Employee Relations.

Vasan, an Indian American, previously worked at The Walt Disney Company, where she was responsible for groups within ABC, Marvel, National Geographic, 20th/21st Century Fox, and ESPN.

Vasan is a graduate of Emory University and UConn School of Law.

In her role as Director of Employee Relations, she will design and implement strategy at the intersection of Legal and People (Human Resources).

WeWork has hired two other Indian Americans in key positions this year alone: real estate veteran Sandeep Mathrani who serves as CEO and operational leader Shyam Gidumal as COO.
