An estimated 1,000 people living in the tri-state area gathered at the Royal Albert’s Palace in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey on January 29, 2023 to listen to Rajiv Malhotra, author and researcher on Indic issues who presented highlights of his latest best selling book, Snakes in the Ganga.

Malhotra holds the view that several institutions, Harvard University in particular, are engaged exploiting India’s fault lines; that the individuals who are part of this project are of Indian origin being trained by the western academia; and that there are wealthy Indian businessmen who are funding Harvard knowingly or unknowingly. Malhotra labels them as the  ‘Snakes,’ a press release about the meeting said.

According to the press release, Malhotra’s analysis also holds that “Western academia attempts to destroy the strongest academic institution, IIT, in India by dismantling aptitude for learning and replacing it with equal outcomes, thus negating the merit of individuals.”

The Critical Race Theory, which is applied by some to address social structures in the USA, is being applied to Indian society without due diligence, the press release said about Malhotra’s views. “This malicious effort is designed to break India into several countries and Mr. Malhotra deliberated on the dangers this will pose to India and what people can do to help counter it,” the press release said.

Malhotra also gave information on some of his upcoming books this year, and also about his efforts to train “an army of young individuals who will carry on his work for many years to come,” the press release said, adding that the program also provided an opportunity for like-minded people to network and  create awareness.
