Alia Bhatt’s maiden production Darlings to premier on Netflix

Red Chillies Entertainment & Eternal Sunshine Productions’ Darlings, presented by Netflix and directed by Jasmeet K. Reen will premiere exclusively on Netflix on August .

The dark comedy produced by the debut making Alia Bhatt, Gauri Khan, and Gaurav Verma is also the feature film debut for director Jasmeet K. Reen and brings together a stellar cast of Alia Bhatt, Shefali Shah, Vijay Varma and Roshan Mathew.

The drama explores the lives of a mother-daughter duo trying to find their place in Mumbai, seeking courage and love in exceptional circumstances while fighting against all odds.

Written by Jasmeet K Reen and Parveez Sheikh with dialogues by Vijay Maurya with them, the film has music by Vishal Bhardwaj and lyrics by Gulzar.
