Ashfaq Syed submits petitions for Naperville, Ill. City Council ballot access 

Demonstrating strong community support, Syed gathered over 1,100 signatures, surpassing the required number, a press release from the candidate said. In addition to his successful gathering of petitions, Syed also raised the most funds of any candidate last quarter.
