On June 15, 2024, the New Jersey Artists Lions Club hosted a live music show at the Royal Albert Palace in the Maharaja Hall.

This event coincided with Father’s Day weekend and was organized in collaboration with the Sariga Music group.

The talented musicians played a variety of instruments and performed well-known Bollywood songs, with some original tracks as well.

The program began with traditional Lions Club rituals, including an invocation prayer, pledge of allegiance, and a welcome address by President Lion Rupali Venugopal and Secretary Lion Subramaniam Dharmarajan.

Aparna (no last name given) emceed the event, introducing prominent musicians and singers such as Madhukar Kshirsagar, Rahul Joshi, Vikram, Rupali, Madhu, Gauri, Venugopal, Subramaniam, Shikhar, Vinod, Ashlesha, Anupama, and Asha.

Distinguished Lions members like Lions John Schweska, Subarna, and Varsha Naik oversaw the proceedings.

An awards ceremony honored the music team, sponsored by the Bhatt Foundation, with trophies and certificates.

Sponsors, including the Gandhian Society and Satish Mullick, were also recognized. The Lions Club’s executive committee received appreciation plaques for their service. NJ Artists Youth Leo Club President Ishaan Tangirala and advisor Lalita Tangirala were acknowledged with a certificate from LCI. The event concluded with a vote of thanks from First Vice President Lion Shikhar Mathur.
